1. RELEASE OF THE MOVIE

  1. When was the movie released?
  2. Veronica Mars was released in theaters across the United States on Friday, March 14, 2014.
  3. Was the movie shown in theaters outside of the USA?
  4. Outside of the USA, Veronica Mars had a limited theatrical release in Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland & Germany. In addition, one-time Fan Screening Events were held in participating theaters in Sweden, Norway, Australia and Mexico.

  5. When and where can I purchase the Veronica Mars movie?
  6. The digital download of the movie is available now to the general public on Flixster, iTunes, Amazon, and Google Play. Physical DVDs and Blu-rays are available for purchase now in the US, Canada, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand, Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden. Physical DVDs are also available to purchase now in Spain, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, France and Switzerland. The Physical DVD will be available in the UK and Ireland on 5/12 and in Italy on 5/15. The Physical DVD and Blu-ray will be available in Brazil on 5/22 and in Germany and Austria the later part of July. Downloads of the television series are also available on iTunes, Amazon.com, and Google Play.

  7. When will we get the DVD and Blu-Ray copies of the movie we pledged for?
  8. If you are the $50 (and above) reward level, you should receive your DVD or Blu-ray/DVD Combo rewardsby May 15, 2014. If you do not receive your rewards by then, please contact Customer Support atinfo@theveronicamarsmovie.com ASAP. We will not be sending out rewards after June 1, 2014.

    Germany & Austria backers: Since we will be sending out your DVDs and Blu-ray/DVD Combos at the end of July, you should receive them by August 10, 2014. If you do not receive your rewards by then, please contact Customer Support at info@theveronicamarsmovie.com ASAP. We will not be sending out DVD andBlu-ray/DVD Combo rewards after August 15, 2014 for German & Austrian backers.

2. FOR KICKSTARTER BACKERS

CHANGING YOUR ADDRESS

  1. I have moved, can I give you my address? What if I already sent it to you in an email?
  2. If you have moved, or received a notification that your DVD/Blu-Ray rewards have been sent to an incorrect address, your best option is to contact your local post office and provide a forwarding address. If that doesn’t work, please contact Customer Support at info@theveronicamarsmovie.com as soon as possible. Rewards will not be shipped out after June 1, 2014 (exception: Germany and Austria DVD/Blu-Ray rewards will ship out in July when the DVD and Blu-Ray releases in your countries).

REQUESTING REFUNDS

  1. I changed my mind and would like a refund. Is that still possible?
  2. We know that mistakes happen and circumstances change, so for the first few months after the Kickstarter ended, we made an effort to issue refunds upon request. However, in August 2013, we started producing the various physical rewards (e.g. t-shirts, stickers, DVDs). As a result, we are no longer able to issue refunds. We apologize for any inconvenience!

    If you wish to request a refund for the digital download, or reimbursement for puchasing the movie from iTunes, Amazon or other digital retailers, please forward your receipt to info@theveronicamarsmovie.com ASAP. We will not be able to process any additional refunds for digital downloads after June 1, 2014.

    GERMANY AND AUSTRIAN BACKERS: We will not be able to process refunds for the digital download or reimbursements for purchasing the movie from iTunes, Amazon or other digital retailers after August 1, 2014.

REWARDS:

  1. Have all of the rewards been sent to backers?
  2. Yes, all except the DVD and Blu-ray/DVD Combo rewards. We are in the final stages of shipping out the physical DVD and Blu-ray/DVD Combo rewards for backers at the $50+ reward levels. If you are at the $50 reward level (or above), you may have already received your DVD or Blu-ray/DVD Combo rewards. If you haven't, your DVD or Blu-ray/DVD Combo should arrive no later than May 15th. If it does not arrive by then, please contact Customer Support at info@theveronicamarsmovie.com so that we can help.

    GERMAN AND AUSTRIAN BACKERS: If your rewards include the DVD or Blu-ray/DVD Combo of the movie, we will be sending those to you during the fourth week of July, when the DVD and Blu-ray are released in your countries. You should receive these rewards no later than August 10th. If it does not arrive by then, please contact Customer Support at info@theveronicamarsmovie.com so that we can help. Please note we will no longer be offering German and Austrian DVD and Blu-Ray rewards after AUGUST 15, 2014.

  3. I am missing a reward, what should I do?
  4. If you are still waiting on rewards other than DVDs or Blu-ray/DVD Combos, PLEASE contact Customer Support at info@theveronicamarsmovie.com as soon as possible.
